Will the product I buy be the same as the one I see in the picture?
The photographs that appear on the website correspond faithfully to the products. However, it should be noted that all our products are handmade, so in some cases, you may find differences between the photographs and the final product. Each jewel is unique.
What happens if I buy a pre-order item?
If an item is on pre-order the lead time for restocking is approximately three to four weeks. For more information on pre-sale products please write to: hola@morganansaderson.com
How to check that the purchase has been made correctly?
When you make a purchase on our website you will receive an email with the order number and all the details of the purchase. If you have not received anything, check your spam folder or contact us through our mail: hola@morganasanderson.com
Shipments and deliveries
How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Shipments are made every Tuesday (orders placed the previous week from Monday to Sunday). For this reason, depending on the day you place your order, delivery time may be longer than estimated. For more information we recommend you to read our section on shipping and delivery.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us at hola@morganasanderson.com to resolve the issue.
Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any address changes.
Returns and exchanges
Are returns and exchanges accepted?
All our products have a return/exchange period of 15 days from the reception of the order. To be able to do so, the product must be in perfect conditions and it is necessary that it includes all the original labels. If you have any questions you can write an email to hola@morganasanderson.com
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
All our products are handmade and checked one by one before being shipped, so if exceptionally you receive an item with a manufacturing defect please contact us by sending an email to: hola@morganasanderson.com and we will solve it as soon as possible. The warranty period is 2 years from receipt of the item.
I have received a gift, can I exchange it?
In case you have received a gift but you prefer another piece of jewelry, don't worry, we offer you the possibility of exchanging it for something you like better or we can make a coupon with the equivalent amount to the piece you have returned. Besides, it has no expiration date and you can use it whenever you want on our website.
