Shipments and deliveries
When do you ship?
Morgana Sanderson uses Correos (Spain) for domestic shipments, Andorra and Portugal and DHL for international shipments. All shipments are certified and have a tracking number.
Orders are processed every Monday (orders placed the previous week between Monday and Sunday) and shipped on Tuesday.
On high demand dates and holidays, shipping and delivery times may be affected.
Delivery times
SPAIN: 1/5 working days from confirmation of shipment*
EUROPE: 1/5 working days from confirmation of shipment*
INTERNATIONAL: 3/7 working days from confirmation of shipment*
*Delivery times are estimates.
Morgana will not be responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
In the case of having purchased a product in pre-order the shipment will not be made until stock has been received. The approximate waiting time for the replacement of an article is 3/4 weeks. For any questions you can write to: hola@morganasanderson.com
Confirmation of shipment and package delivery
Once the order is placed you will receive two emails:
1. with the confirmation and the number of your order
2. With the tracking number of your order once it has been shipped.
Please make sure that the shipping address information is correct. In case you have an incident, please contact us to try to solve it. If the package is finally returned, the costs will have to be paid by the customer.
If you are absent during the delivery of your package, the courier company should leave a notification with a code and the necessary information to pick up your package. You have a period of fifteen days from receipt of the notification to pick up the order at the post office indicated, in the event that it is not collected after the deadline and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the new shipment.
Customers will be responsible for payment of applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary depending on the contents of the order and the country. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for more information on current import regulations.
Returns and exchanges
How to exchange/return?
Please contact us by email at hola@morganasanderson.com indicating the order number and the reason for the exchange/return, and we will provide you with the relevant instructions.
Conditions
All our products have an exchange/return period of 14 days from receipt of order.
In order for the exchange/return to be possible, the product must be returned in the same shipping conditions (unused and with the original packaging). Customers will bear the cost of return/exchange shipping.
We do not accept exchanges and returns of earrings due to hygiene issues, as well as custom-made or made-to-order products.
Once we receive the package in our warehouse, we will proceed to the exchange or refund by the same method of payment, within a maximum period of 14 days (as long as we have stock).
Please be sure to check the measurements and characteristics specified in the product description. As well as if the product is in stock or you are making a "pre-order" purchase. If you have any questions you can write an email to: hola@morganasanderson.com
Morgana Sanderson does not refunds customs duties for international orders. If shipping a returned item internationally, please mark the item as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs duties. We are not responsible for any customs duties levied on return packages.
Jewelry care
Conservation
We want our amulets to accompany you for as long as possible in an optimal state, so we always recommend:
- We recommend that you do not sleep, exercise or bathe with the jewelry.
- Store the pieces away from sun exposure, preferably in a cloth bag or jewelry box.
- Never store your jewelry in damp places.
- Avoid exposing your jewelry to: perfume, alcohol and chemicals.
*Keep in mind that lack of use can sometimes alter the color of the pieces. This is a natural process that can be cleaned to recover the color.
Cleaning
- The easiest way to clean your silver pieces is with soap and water. You can rub the piece with a toothbrush. In the case of gold plated pieces you have to be more careful, rubbing can generate loss of the plating.
- A dry cloth can be another good solution to clean blackened silver jewelry and recover its original shine.
*Please note that cleaning the pieces will not remove scratches or dings.
Gold plating
We do not guarantee the durability of the gold plating on our pieces. The speed at which it fades depends on many factors such as the use of chemicals on the skin, the level of body perspiration or even the PH level of the skin of each person. For these reasons, gold-plated pieces require more care than silver ones.
Warranty
Defective product
All our products are handmade and checked one by one before being shipped, so if exceptionally you receive an item with a manufacturing defect please contact us by sending an email to: hola@morganasanderson.com sending us an invoice of the purchase with the description of the jewel purchased and a photo of it showing its condition so we can fix it as soon as possible.
The warranty period is 2 years from the reception of the article.

Our jewels have a legal warranty (you can download it here) that responds to the manufacturing qualities. This warranty will repair or replace any product within 14 days of receipt of the item, in the event that the product has a defect in the material or has been originated in the manufacturing process.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by daily use or breakage. Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.
All our products are manufactured with natural materials that may present inconsistencies due to their natural origin which cannot be considered as a defect.
Manufacturing defects refer to the structure of the jewelry, some examples of manufacturing defects covered by the warranty include:
- Porosity, pores on the surface, defects in the metal.
- Uneven settings.
- Breaks, scratches or nicks in the stones found at the time of receipt of the item.
This warranty does not cover damage to jewelry caused by accident, shock, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair by third parties, and common wear and tear caused by everyday use, loss of the jewelry or part of it as well as errors or failures to follow jewelry care instructions. It also does not cover wear, scratches and scuffs caused by use, and in the case of plated jewelry, it does not cover wear and tear of the gold plating.
Other examples of normal wear and tear on jewelry that are not covered by the warranty include:
- Rings that have been damaged or deformed as a result of practical activities. This also includes cases where the damage results in loss of stones.
- Broken earring clasps.
- Broken chains or links.
The warranty also does not cover dirt on the jewelry. Please note that 925 Sterling Silver is a precious metal and can get dirty. In case you have a problem with dirt on your jewelry you will only have to clean it using our Care Guide.
According to this warranty, MORGANA SANDERSON will replace parts with manufacturing defects.
*For warranties requested after 14 days from receipt of purchase, our quality team will evaluate the case and, if the conditions to proceed with the warranty are met, we will start the replacement of the jewel or, if this is not possible due to lack of stock, we will create a gift card for the value of the damaged jewel.
