What data do we process?

How long do we keep your data?
- Purchasing data: We retain data for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter to comply with legal obligations. After the statute of limitations has expired, the data will be deleted.
- Data from commercial communications and forms: We keep the data until you revoke your consent or request the limitation of processing. In these cases, the data will be kept blocked for the legally required periods.

We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling with the data provided by the user.
What legitimises the processing of your data?
- Execution of contracts and compliance with legal obligations: For the execution of contracts and fiscal and tax obligations.
- Consent: For the sending of commercial communications. According to article 21.2 of the LSSI, we may send advertising to customers who have received a service or purchased a product, without the need for additional consent.
Who do we give your data to?
Your data may be transferred to transport companies (DHL and Correos) to manage the shipment of products. No further assignments or international transfers are foreseen, except those permitted by law or court order.
What rights do you have and how can you exercise them?

What security measures do we have in place?
We have adopted technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of your personal data and to prevent alterations, loss or unauthorised access, in accordance with Art. 32 of the RGPD.
SHOPIFY
Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc. which provides us with the e-commerce platform. Data is stored on secure servers behind a firewall.
PAYMENT
If you choose a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the purchase and is deleted afterwards.
All payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS standards to ensure secure handling of credit card information.
