Conservation
We want our jewels to be with you for as long as possible in an excellent condition, that's why we always recommend:
- We recommend that you do not sleep, exercise or bathe with the jewelry.
- Store the jewelry away from sunlight, preferably in a cloth bag or jewelry box.
- Never store your jewelry in humid places.
- Avoid exposing your jewelry to: perfume, alcohol and chemicals.
*Note that lack of use can sometimes change the color of the jewels. This is a natural process that can be cleaned to recover the color.
Cleaning
- The easiest way to clean your silver pieces is with a bit of soap and water. You can rub the jewelry with a toothbrush. In the case of gold plated pieces you have to be more careful, you can perform the same process but taking into account that rubbing can generate loss of the plating.
- A dry cloth can be another good way to clean tarnished silver jewelry and restore its original shine.
*Note that cleaning the pieces will not remove scratches or bumps.
Gold plating
We do not guarantee the durability of the gold plating on our jewelry. The speed at which it fades depends on many factors such as the use of chemicals on the skin, the level of body perspiration or even the PH level of the skin of each person. For these reasons, gold plated pieces require more care than silver ones.
Gold plating service
With the passage of time, use and external agents, it is possible that the jewelry has lost its color intensity. For this reason, we offer a gold plating service to extend the life of our jewelry.
The bath service includes different steps. First, a gentle polishing is performed to remove, as far as possible, marks of use. Secondly, they are subjected to ultrasonic cleaning to remove impurities. Next, the jewelry is plated. Finally, they are dried for an optimal result.
*It is only allowed to plated in the original color of the jewel.
Shipping and deliveries
When are shipments made?
Morgana Sanderson uses the Correos (Spain) service for national shipments, Andorra and Portugal and DHL for international shipments. All shipments are certified and have a tracking number.
Orders are processed every Monday (orders placed the previous week between Monday and Sunday) and shipped on Tuesday. During sales periods, deadlines may be affected.
Delivery times
SPAIN: 1/5 working days from shipment confirmation*
EUROPE: 1/5 working days from shipment confirmation*
INTERNATIONAL: 3/7 business days from shipping confirmation*
*Delivery times are estimates.
Morgana will not be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
In the case of having purchased a pre-sale product, the shipment will not be made until stock has been received. The approximate waiting time for the replacement of an item is approximately three weeks. For any questions you can write to: hola@morganasanderson.com
Confirmation of shipment and package delivery
Once the order has been placed, you will receive two emails:
1. With confirmation and your order number
2. With the tracking number of your order once it has been shipped
Please make sure the shipping address information is correct. In the case of having an incident, please contact us to try to solve it. If the package is finally returned, the costs must be paid by the customer.
Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary depending on the content of the order and the country. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for more information on current import regulations.
Returns and exchanges
Conditions
All our products have an exchange/return period of 15 days from the reception of the order. For the exchange/return to be possible, the product must be in perfect condition and it is necessary to include all the original labels. Customers will bear the cost of return/exchange shipping.
Once we receive it, we will proceed to the exchange or refund by the same payment method, within a maximum period of 15 days. (As long as we have stock)

Morgana Sanderson does not refund customs fees for international orders. If shipping a returned item is international, please mark the item as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs taxes. We are not responsible for any customs taxes applied on return packages.
How to make the exchange/return?
Contact us by email at hola@morganasanderson.com indicating the order number and the reason for the change/return, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Garantía
Defective product
All our products are handmade and checked one by one before being shipped, so if you exceptionally receive an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us by sending an email to: hola@morganasanderson.com and we will solve it in as soon as possible.
The warranty period is 3 months from receipt of the item.
Condiciones
El plazo de garantía es de 2 años desde la recepción del artículo.
Nuestras joyas cuentan con garantía legal (puedes descargarla aquí) que responde a las calidades de fabricación. Dicha garantía reparará o reemplazará cualquier producto en un plazo de 14 días desde la recepción del artículo, en el caso de comprobar bajo evaluación del equipo técnico que el producto tenga un defecto en el material o que haya sido originado en el proceso de fabricación.
La garantía no cubre los desperfectos ocasionados por el uso diario ni roturas. Los artículos personalizados o por encargo no tienen devolución.
Todos nuestros productos están fabricados con materiales naturales que pueden presentar inconsistencias debido a su origen natural las cuales no pueden ser consideradas como desperfecto.
Los defectos de fabricación se refieren a la estructura de la joya, algunos ejemplos de defectos de fabricación cubiertos por la garantía incluyen:
- Porosidad, poros en la superficie, defectos en el metal.
- Engastes desiguales.
- Roturas, arañazos o mellas en las piedras encontradas en el momento de recepción del artículo.
Esta garantía no cubre los daños a las joyas causados por accidentes, golpes, mal uso y abuso, modificación, intento de reparación por terceros, y desgaste común producido por el uso cotidiano, pérdida de la joya o parte de ella así como errores o fallas al momento de seguir las instrucciones del cuidado de las joyas. Tampoco cubre desgastes, ralladuras y arañazos provocados por el uso, y en el caso de las joyas chapadas tampoco cubre el desgaste del chapado del oro.
Otros ejemplos de deterioro normal por uso de las joyas que no están cubiertos por la garantía incluyen:
- Los anillos que han sido dañados o deformados como resultado de actividades prácticas. Esto también incluye los casos en los que el daño resulta en pérdida de piedras.
- Cierres de pendientes rotos.
- Cadenas rotas o eslabones.
La garantía tampoco cubre la suciedad en las joyas. Hay que tener en cuenta que la Plata de Ley 925 es un metal precioso y puede ensuciarse. En caso de tener un problema con la suciedad de tu joya solo tendrás que limpiarla usando nuestra Guía de cuidados.
De acuerdo con esta garantía, MORGANA SANDERSON reemplazará las piezas con defectos de fabricación.
*Para las garantías solicitadas después de 14 días de la recepción de la compra, nuestro equipo de calidad evaluará el caso y, si se dan las condiciones para proceder con la garantía, se iniciará el reemplazo de la joya o, si esto no fuera posible por falta de stock se creará una tarjeta regalo del valor de la joya dañada.
