Will the product I buy be the same as the one I see in the picture?
The photographs that appear on the website are a faithful correspondence to the products. However, it should be noted that all our products are handmade, so in some cases, you may find differences between the photographs and the final product. Each jewel is unique.
What happens if I buy a pre-sale item?

How to check that the purchase has been made correctly?
When making a purchase on our website you will receive an email in which the order number and all the purchase details appear. If you have not received anything, check your spam folder or contact us through our email: hola@morganasanderson.com
Returns & Exchanges
Are returns and exchanges accepted?
All our products have a return/exchange period of 15 days from the reception of the order. To be able to do so, the product must be in perfect conditions and it is necessary that it includes all the original labels. If you have any questions you can write an email to hola@morganasanderson.com
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
All our products are handmade and checked one by one before being shipped, so if exceptionally you receive an item with a manufacturing problem, please contact us by sending an email to: hola@morganasanderson.com and we will solve it in as soon as possible. The warranty period is 3 months from receipt of the item.
They gave me a gift, can I change it?
In case you have received a gift but you prefer another jewel, do not worry, we offer you the possibility to exchange it for something you like more or we can make a coupon with the amount corresponding to the item you have returned. It has no expiration date and you can use it whenever you want on our website.
Shipping and deliveries
How long do orders take to arrive?
Shipments are made every Tuesday (orders made the week before from Monday to Sunday). For this reason, depending on the day you place your order, the delivery time may be longer than estimated. For more information we recommend that you read our section on shipping and delivery .
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us at hola@morganasanderson.com to solve the problem.
Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any address changes.
